The Law Offices of Barry M. Bordetsky represents individuals, publicly and privately held entities as well as brokerage firms and registered representatives in various courts and arbitration forums. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

In addition to the aforementioned courts, Mr. Bordetsky practices throughout the country before various arbitration forums including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).

Mr. Bordetsky’s compliance and litigation background provides his clients with an attorney who knows how to limit potential exposure to clients as well as protect the clients’ interests should a matter formalize. Formerly the General Counsel of a NASD member firm and a securities litigator with the firm of Littman Krooks, LLP, Mr. Bordetsky understands what is necessary to aggressively protect the interests of his clients.

Mr. Bordetsky received his Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York.
